Willis Knighton Health is committed to minimizing and eliminating health care disparities (HCDs) within our hospital walls while also helping our patients receive resources to meet their health-related social needs (HRSNs) through work with Shreveport and Bossier, state and national community partners once they leave our care.

This Willis Knighton Community Resource Guide is a quick and easy-to-follow reference guide designed to provide information and contact points of available community-oriented programs and services, ranging from local to federal. These programs are designed to assist those underserved community members to improve and meet their essential quality of life needs.

Willis Knighton is proud to support and work with a number of these organizations and groups to help meet patients’ needs beyond their medical challenges. We hope that by having access to these fundamental social services and programs, our population’s health will improve for all those who call the Shreveport and Bossier area home, as well as those who travel from the surrounding three state area, seeking out the very best in medical care.
